WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

 Virtual Assistants can tackle anything from sales to customer service to administrative work — answering calls, managing inboxes, data entry, customer support, graphic design, number crunching, payroll, etc. If it can be done remotely on a PC, they can likely do it.

WHY SHOULD YOU HIRE A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

  • You can save money by hiring a VA as an as-needed contract worker instead of a full-time salaried employee.

  •  A VA can come in and get their hands dirty, freeing up local staff to focus on their own customers and higher-level tasks.

I ONLY NEED A FEW HOURS ASSISTANCE HERE AND THERE, DO YOU PROVIDE SUCH A SERVICE?

Of course. Whether it is a small project, or a few tasks on certain days, we can provide the service needed.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR LAST-MINUTE TASKS?

Depends on the option you hired me for. If it is a monthly package, and it requires small tasks, no. If it is outside of the hours you selected, yes. Always message me detailed tasks so I can let you know beforehand. We can always work something out.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

This varies per customer and their needs. Please bring this up when you email me so we can discuss it.
